My experience at the hotel was quite disappointing. Initially, we faced issues with our room type not matching what we had booked, which turned our arrival into a frustrating ordeal. While the staff seemed friendly and eager to help, the management's lack of response and support during our stay overshadowed the nice facilities that were, unfortunately, hindered by poor service and unkempt conditions.
