reasonable stay overall
clean room spacious room smelly equipment unswimmable beach
the room was clean and spacious. the air conditioning worked well, important in the balinese heat.
The gym equipment smelled of sweat. It wasn't pleasant. the beach wasn't ideal for swimming. I found that disappointing.

breakfast buffet yummy carrot cake useful kitchenette damp room little natural light inconvenient location
i found the breakfast buffet to have good varieties. these choices seemed to change every day. the carrot cake was yummy. i also appreciated the kitchenette and microwave for our use (i made sure to clean after myself).
Upon arrival, i was placed in a room below ground level. this room had little natural light. it smelled terribly of dampness (it was not a pleasant first impression). the hotel is quite large. It often took me ten minutes to reach the room from the entrance.

Really good stay, a guest's perspective
spacious rooms amazing hospitality comfortable escape
i appreciated the spacious rooms the amenities were very nice i specifically liked the atmosphere it felt amazing. the staff was friendly and helpful i want to thank demmy specifically he showed amazing hospitality. the rooms felt very very comfy and tidy it was a relaxing escape.

Excellent Stay at this Place
great staff comfortable room tasty breakfast attentiveness level
I stayed here and thought the staff was amazing. Aldy was super kind. The hotel room, it was clean plus comfortable. I like those little extras it has. The breakfast also had options that tasted great. The service and level of attention. Was beyond any expectation.
I thought the beach to be a little far. It wasnt very nice for swimming as there where a lot of water sports.

The staff provided constant smiles. And great six star service. The staff was always available to help with any request. Demmy, the entertainment manager, was attentive and excellent.

The gym has good equipment. The pools are lovely plus well kept so i used them daily. The pools also have water bars. This made the holidays lovely.

Our room it had two sinks along with a rainfall shower. The room come with private terrace. a plush bed. Its a haven i didnt want to leave. The room felt spacious. And had balinese charm.
